Stock axles on a CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro are built for stock tires and normal use. Put on bigger tires, add a lift, or work the machine hard in mud and rocks, and the axles are often the first part of the drivetrain to give up. The Rhino 2.0 Axle is a stronger replacement built to take more torque and more abuse, so a snapped shaft doesn't end your day miles from the truck.
Features and Benefits
4340 Chromoly, End to End
These axles are made from 4340 chromoly steel from one end to the other, then put through a proprietary heat treatment. That combination gives you a shaft that's both strong and able to flex a bit under load instead of snapping. It's a big step up from the factory axle in both strength and how long it lasts.
Thicker Shaft and Bigger CV Parts
The shaft is much larger in diameter than stock, and the CV components are bigger too. A thicker shaft handles more twisting force when your tires bite on a climb or hook up in mud. The larger CV joints spread out the load and last longer under hard use.
Runs at Steeper Angles Without Binding
When the suspension cycles hard, or when your U10 Pro is lifted, your CV joints run at sharper angles. Rhino 2.0 axles are designed to operate at high CV angles without binding or overheating. That means smoother power delivery through big suspension travel and less heat that wears joints out early.
Tested in the Lab and on the Trail
These axles are tested in-house, both in the lab and in real-world riding, to make sure they hold up to serious abuse. The axles come straight from the company that designs them, so the testing is done on the exact part you bolt on.
18-Month Warranty
Rhino 2.0 axles carry an 18-month manufacturer warranty, which is one of the longest you'll find on a UTV axle. Things happen on the trail, and it's nice to know you're covered.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
Upgrade to these if you're running bigger tires, lift kits, or a lot of mud and rock, or if you've already broken a stock axle and doesn't want to do it again. If you're lifting the machine, check out our U10 Pro lift kits. Running offset A-arms like the Atlas Pro forward offset arms and bigger tires puts more load on axles, so it's smart to upgrade both together. If you're going long travel, look at the long travel Rhino 2.0 axle instead, since it's sized for that kit. All our axle options for this machine are in U10 Pro axles and CVs.
Install Notes
This is a direct replacement for the factory axle, so it goes in the same way the stock one comes out. With basic hand tools, a jack, and a little patience, most owners can do it at home. Make sure you order the correct position (front or rear) and check that your boots and clamps are seated properly before you ride.
