Defenders get bought to work, and winter is a big part of that job. This Denali kit combines the MA11748 Defender-specific mount plate with Denali pushtubes and the blade size you choose, so the whole setup ships as one order. The mount bolts to the Defender frame and can stay on year-round without getting in the way of general riding.
What the Kit Brings to a Defender
- Mount plate is laser cut from 1/4 in. steel and shaped from the body side walls for strength, then fully welded into one piece.
- Easy-connect pushtubes: pull a pin and the plow drops off, so the Defender goes back to hauling and trail duty between storms.
- Straight blades in 60, 66 or 72 in., or a PRO curved blade in 66 or 72 in. that throws snow off to the side like a truck plow.
- Centered mounting point protects the Defender's front suspension when the blade catches a hidden curb.
- PRO kits add a rubber snow flap and marker flags so you can see the blade corners from the driver's seat.
Choosing Your Blade
- Straight HD blade (60, 66 or 72 in., black): one-piece 11-gauge steel face with a 19 in. scoop. Kit adds $0 / $50 / $100 as you go wider.
- PRO curved blade (66 or 72 in., black, red or yellow): one-piece 12-gauge steel with tapered ends that throw snow off to the side like a DOT truck plow. PRO kits add a rubber snow flap and plow marker flags.
- Rule of thumb: pick a blade at least as wide as your machine is track-to-track, so you are not driving over the edge of every pass.
Denali Plow Specifications
- Blade scoop: 19 in. with a 65-degree attack angle and over-center design so snow rolls up and is thrown forward
- Four full-height 7-gauge ribs plus three 7-gauge horizontal stabilizers at the deepest point of the blade
- Replaceable 7-gauge steel wear bar and height/angle adjustable skid feet
- Pushtubes: impact-resistant reinforced pivot with two extra support bars and a structural tube steel cross bar
- Manual angle: 0, 12.5 or 25 degrees left or right; 13.5 in. center-to-center plow mount tabs
- Mount plate: laser-cut 1/4 in. steel, fully welded, with slotted holes that let the blade follow the ground
- Winch required to raise and lower the blade (not included)

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This is a fit for Defender owners clearing farm yards, cabin roads and parking areas. Add a winch from our Defender recovery and winch section to lift the blade, and keep the cab warm with a Can-Am Defender cab heater and windshield.
Installation Notes
The MA11748 mount plate bolts to the Defender frame with the hardware supplied by Moto Alliance; follow the PDF for bolt order and torque. A winch is required to raise and lower the blade. After the first pass, adjust the skid feet so the wear bar rides just off pavement or right on gravel, depending on your surface.
