Run a front windshield by itself and the Defender HD11 pulls dust and mud into the cab from behind. A rear windshield stops that swirl, blocks wind and debris from the back, and is the first step toward a full cab for year-round riding.

- Works with soft or hard tops
- Made in the USA; 1-year warranty
Choose Your Version
- Windshield Material: standard polycarbonate in dark or light tint, or scratch-resistant polycarbonate in light tint
- Model: with snorkel or without snorkel, to match your machine
Nearly Impossible to Crack
Polycarbonate takes branch and rock hits that would shatter glass, so the back of the cab stays protected.
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For HD11 and MAX HD11 owners who run a front windshield or are building a full cab. Pair with a front windshield from Defender windshields, a roof from Defender roofs and doors from Defender doors.
FAQ
Do I need a roof?
Yes. A roof must be installed to mount this rear windshield.
Dark or light tint? Dark tint cuts glare from behind; light tint keeps the cab brighter.
The Dust Suction Problem
At speed, air rushes over a front windshield and creates a low-pressure pocket inside the cab. That pocket pulls dust and spray in from the open back, often making the cab dirtier than with no windshield at all. Closing off the back with a rear windshield stops the swirl and keeps the cab clean.
Standard or Scratch Resistant?
- Standard polycarbonate: tough, impact resistant and affordable - Scratch-resistant polycarbonate: adds a hard coat that resists scratches and stays clear longer Pick scratch resistant if you ride in brush or clean dust off often.
Care Tips
- Rinse with water before wiping to remove grit
- Use mild soap and a soft cloth
- Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners
