Unlike top plates that need the OEM shifter plastic (707900644 / 707900463) cut, this one bolts on.

Installation Notes
Bolt the base and top plate over the factory shifter area, then cycle every gear with the engine off to confirm smooth travel. Recheck all hardware after the first ride and at each service interval. Good to know: the gate guides the lever but does not change the transmission. Always come to a full stop before you shift into Reverse.
