When the factory radius rod plate on an X3 flexes, the radius rod bolts take the stress and eventually fail. The CAX3RP2 is CNC machined from one large piece of 6061-T6 aluminum, with thicker material and tighter tolerances than stock to reduce that stress. It comes with a bolt-on tow hook.

Installation Notes
Installs like the DRT Hitch Plate, in place of the factory plate. Support the rear of the vehicle so the suspension is unloaded, swap one radius rod bolt at a time so the rods stay located, and torque every fastener to the factory specification. Raw aluminum can be polished or left natural; wash with mild soap and water.
