The Pioneer 500 and 520 are narrow, dependable little machines, but they're tuned for economy, not punch. The Dynojet Power Vision 3 adds speed, horsepower and torque by raising the factory limiters and adjusting engine timing. It takes on bigger jobs better, too, whether you're hauling feed, towing a small trailer or carrying two people up a steep hill. Installing it is the easiest thing you'll do all day. Plug it into the diagnostic port and select install.

That's especially helpful if you're tuning the machine to match certain parts or specifications, and it doubles as a diagnostic tool when something seems off.

Each tuner is paired to the ECU of the first machine it flashes and can't be reset or used on another machine, so ECU tuners are non-returnable. Please confirm your model year before ordering.

Why a Tune Makes Sense on a 500 or 520

These Pioneers have smaller engines, so every bit of usable power counts. They're often asked to carry two adults, a cooler and tools across a property, and the factory limits show up quickly on hills and longer runs. A tune gives the engine more timing and more room at the top, which makes the machine feel less strained when it's loaded. It's also much cheaper and simpler than engine work, and there's nothing to wear out or adjust after it's installed.

Because the Power Vision 3 logs data, you'll also have a record of how the engine behaves over time. Watching coolant temperature on a hot day, or checking wheel speed against the speedometer after a tire change, is easy with the screen on the dash.

Install Notes

Plug the tuner into the diagnostic port, select install and wait a few minutes for the flash. No tools are required, and you can remove the tuner or leave it connected afterward.
