The 2015 full-size Ranger 570 has its own dash and cooling layout, so it gets its own heater kit. The Firestorm HT_CU_404-570 is cut for that one model year, with hose lengths and brackets made to tuck the heater out of sight. Once it is plumbed into the coolant, you get up to 18,000 BTU in the cab and two defrost vents working on the windshield.
Built for the 2015 Full-Size 570
- Made only for the 2015 Ranger Full-Size 570. Moto Alliance builds a separate kit for 2016 and newer.
- Heats the cab from engine coolant, so there is no fuel-fired burner to maintain.
- Driver and passenger each get their own vent, and both vents swivel 360 degrees.
- Two defrost outlets aimed at the glass for frosty morning chores.
- Shutoff valve lets you take the heater out of the loop for summer.
2015 Ranger 570 Owner Tips
- Confirm your Ranger is a 2015 full-size 570 before ordering. A 2016 or newer full-size 570 needs the HT_CU_404-571 kit.
- A 570 makes less engine heat at idle than a 1000, so give it a few minutes of driving before you turn the fan up.
- Check the coolant level again after the first couple of rides.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This kit is for owners keeping a 2015 Ranger 570 working through the winter: feeding cattle, checking fence or clearing a drive. Hold the heat in with a Ranger windshield, a roof and Ranger 570 doors, and add a Ranger snow plow if you clear snow.
Installation Notes
Plan on a few hours in the garage. The heater mounts with the supplied 570 brackets, then taps the coolant lines with the included radiator hose and alloy Y connectors. Refill the coolant, bleed the air out and run the machine up to temperature before you check for leaks. The Moto Alliance PDF walks through each step.
