Polaris RZR 570 / 800 / S 800 / XP 900 Full Windshield - 1/4" Clear Polycarbonate, Clamp-On by Evolution

Riding behind another RZR on a dry trail means a face full of dust and roost, and on a cold morning it means wind straight through your jacket. This Evolution full windshield covers the whole front opening of the older RZR 570, 800 and XP 900 with a sheet of 1/4 in. clear polycarbonate. It clamps to the cage with four ABS clamps, so there is nothing to drill.

Why a Full Windshield on an Early RZR

• Sized for the RZR 570, RZR 800 / S 800 / RZR 4 800 and RZR XP 900 / XP 4 900 cage and hood in the years listed below.
• 1/4 in. polycarbonate is far tougher than acrylic and will not shatter if a rock hits it.
• Bottom edge is contoured to the RZR hood, with a rubber strip to close the gap.

Living With a Full Windshield

• Wash polycarbonate with mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Skip glass cleaners with ammonia; they can haze the surface.
• A full windshield pushes air into the cab from behind on fast runs. A roof and rear panel cut down the back draft.
• Keep a microfiber towel in the car to wipe mud spots off at stops.
• In heavy rain without a wiper, slow down and give yourself more room to see.

Sizing Tip

• The clamps are made for the factory cage. If your RZR has an aftermarket cage, ask us before ordering.

Installation Notes

Clean the cage tubes where the clamps will sit, set the windshield on the hood so the rubber strip seats evenly, and fit the four ABS clamps with the included hardware. Snug the clamps a little at a time, side to side, so the glass is not stressed. Moto Alliance packs the instructions with the windshield.
