The OEM turbo headpipe on the Pro XP and Turbo R is exposed and unsightly. DRT's headpipe shield covers it with formed and welded 6061-T6 aluminum, raw aluminum mesh for contrast, and DRT's signature logo plate. DRT chose every material, finish and fastener to survive the constant heat cycling from the headpipe. It bolts on with stainless hardware and works only with the Polaris OEM header.

Fitment note: DRT's title says 2022+ and its application says 2020+. The Turbo R began in 2022. Works with the Polaris OEM header only. Its tags also show the 2025 Pro S.

Installation Notes
On a cold machine, bolt the shield over the OEM headpipe with the stainless hardware, and check that it clears the turbo, the lines and the wiring. Work only on a cold machine. Exhaust parts stay hot long after shutdown. Keep the vents clear of mud and packed debris, which trap heat.
