Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo / RZR 1000 S 2014-2019 Firestorm Cab Heater - 18,000 BTU with Defrost

The first-generation RZR XP 1000 chassis covers a lot of machines, and this Firestorm kit covers three of them: the 2014-2018 XP 1000, the 2016-2018 XP Turbo and the 2014-2019 RZR 1000 S. It taps engine coolant for up to 18,000 BTU, with two defrost vents and a vent for each seat. Check your dash first, because it does not work with Ride Command or the OEM wiper kit.

Fitment

Note: Moto Alliance says this heater will not work with Polaris Ride Command or the OEM wiper kit.

Note: For the 2019-2023 RZR XP 1000, Moto Alliance sells a different kit (HT_CU_406-XP1000).

Who It's For and What Pairs Well

This heater is for early-chassis RZR owners who keep riding after the leaves drop. Close in the cab with an RZR XP 1000 windshield, roof and doors, or go all the way with an XP 1000 cab enclosure. RZR 1000 S owners can shop RZR 1000 windshields.

Installation Notes

Confirm that your RZR does not have Ride Command or the OEM wiper kit, since neither will work with this heater. Mount the unit with the supplied brackets, connect to the coolant lines with the included hose and alloy Y connectors, then refill and bleed the cooling system.
