Turbo RZRs make plenty of heat under the hood, and this kit puts some of it in the cab. The Firestorm HT_CU_406_Turbo fits the 2019-2021 XP Turbo, the 2018-2019 XP Turbo S and the 2020-2021 Turbo S. It makes up to 18,000 BTU from engine coolant, with two defrost vents and separate vents for driver and passenger.
Turbo RZR Highlights
- Covers both the standard-width XP Turbo and the wide Turbo S for the years listed.
- 18,000 BTU max output, plenty for a two-seat Turbo cab.
- Two defrost vents plus a 360-degree vent for each seat.
- Adjustable temperature and fan speed.
Turbo RZR Tips
- Bleed the coolant system carefully. Air pockets cut heat output.
- Keep defrost on in falling snow.
- Close the coolant valve before summer. A Turbo cab gets warm enough on its own.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This heater is for Turbo owners who ride snow trails and cold-weather events. Pair it with an XP Turbo windshield or Turbo S windshield, and finish the cab with XP Turbo doors or Turbo S doors.
Installation Notes
Mount the heater with the included brackets, then tie into the coolant lines with the supplied hose and alloy Y connectors. Refill and bleed the system. Turbo cooling systems can trap air, so run the machine and recheck the coolant level more than once before your first long ride.
