This 4" Long Travel Kit widens a 2024-2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000 or XP 4 1000 by 4 inches per side, 8 inches total, to 72 inches overall. The wider stance makes the machine much more stable on off-camber trails, in boulder fields and at speed, and it opens up room for 36-inch tires. Everything you need is in the box: arms, radius rods, tie rods, axles, brake lines and hardware.

Order Options
| Picker | Choices |
|---|---|
| Model | 2 Seat (RZR XP 1000) or 4 Seat (RZR XP 4 1000), same price |
| Preinstalled ball joints | Reuse your own (base price), Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly, Super Duty 300M, or Keller Performance (each adds to the price) |
Choosing preinstalled ball joints means the A-arms arrive ready to bolt on, with no ball joint press needed.
Stability You Can Feel
A wider track lowers the risk of a rollover on side hills and makes the machine feel planted through fast corners and whoops. The longer arms also give the suspension more travel to soak up big hits. It's the single biggest handling upgrade you can make.
Premium Components Throughout
The front A-arms are built from DOM steel tubing far stronger than stock and come with UHMW bushings already installed. Out back, boxed trailing arms use an advanced steel alloy and internal gussets, while the radius rods and sway bar links use a billet aluminum hex design for light weight and strength. The steering gets solid 7075 billet tie rods with heat-treated chromoly monoball ends, which reinforce the weakest point of the steering system and adjust without disassembly.
Axles Built for Long Travel
Wider suspension needs longer, stronger axles. The kit includes Rhino 2.0 axles with all-chromoly construction, larger shafts and oversized CV joints designed to run at high articulation angles, rated about twice as strong as stock and covered by an 18-month warranty. Replacement long travel axles are sold separately if you ever need a spare.

Installation Notes
This kit replaces the complete front and rear suspension arms, axles, tie rods and brake lines. It's a full-weekend job for an experienced mechanic or a common shop install. Bleed the brakes after fitting the extended lines, set toe, and recheck all fasteners after the first ride. Note that the machine will be 72 inches wide, so check trail width limits where you ride. Fits 2024-2025 models only.
