Why Rhino 2.0 for Long Travel

A long travel kit lets the suspension cycle much further, and every inch of extra travel pushes the CV joints to steeper angles at full bump and full droop. These axles pair maximized shafts and CVs with heavy-duty 4340 steel heat treated for strength and longevity, so they take high angles and massive torque without quitting. Materials, Heat Treatment and Design

After countless prototypes and R&D lab tests, the formula landed on three keys. First, 4340 chromoly steel. Second, a unique heat-treating process that maximizes strength without raising the risk of fatigue. Third, a chromoly cage and spider that, along with the CV cups, are made as large as possible without rubbing. Together they let you push the RZR and its long travel kit hard.

Why the Length Has to Match

Long travel kits push the hubs out wider than stock, and each kit does it by a set amount. An axle that's too short pulls apart at full droop, and one that's too long bottoms out inside the CV at full bump. That's why there are two lengths here, one for 3" kits and one for the 3.5" Lonestar Racing kit. Confirm which kit is on your RZR before you order.
