This 3" Long Travel Kit widens a Polaris RZR XP 1000 by 3" per side (6" overall) and replaces the front A-arms, rear trailing arms, radius arms, tie rods and axles with parts built for the wider stance. The result is a more stable machine at speed and in off-camber terrain, more wheel travel, and 2" more ground clearance up front. The arms are chromoly tube with 25% larger tubing than stock and threaded ball joints that are 3x stronger than stock, and the kit includes four Rhino 2.0 axles. It fits the 2014-2023 RZR XP 1000 and 2015-2023 XP 4 1000 equipped with Walker Evans shocks.

A Wider, More Stable RZR
This kit draws on years of engineering and design experience to deliver stability, performance and durability, and it looks great on the machine. Widening the track lowers the machine's tendency to roll on side hills and in whoops, and longer arms give the suspension more room to work. The dual-bend design of the arms adds clearance, so you roll over obstacles that used to hang you up.
Threaded Ball Joints
The threaded ball joints are 3x stronger than stock. They use heavy-duty 4340 steel and a stud that doesn't taper down like the factory joint. They thread into the A-arms with M38 threads, so no hydraulic press is needed, and they're secured with thread locker and a snap ring so they stay put even under extreme abuse.
Chromoly Arms
The control arms are high-strength chromoly steel, hand welded from a precise blend of materials. They're built to give you the confidence to blast whoops or take on steep hills, and they're backed by a lifetime warranty.
Rhino 2.0 Axles Included
Wider suspension needs longer, tougher axles, and the kit includes four Rhino 2.0 axles. They're hardened 4340 chromoly from end to end with maximized CV components, twice as strong as stock, and able to run 40°+ suspension angles without overheating. They need no break-in and carry an 18-month warranty.

This kit is for desert, dune and fast-trail riders who want a wider, more planted RZR XP 1000 without moving to a full aftermarket shock setup. Installation Notes
This is a big job best done in a shop. You'll replace both front A-arms, the rear trailing arms, radius arms, tie rods, axles and brake lines, then bleed the brakes and align the machine. Choose your year and model (Standard, High Lifter or Trails and Rocks) carefully, because the kit is configured to match.
