When the trail gets rough, the rear radius arms on a 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 take hit after hit. These High-Clearance Boxed Radius Arms are built from hand-welded heavy-duty steel, about four times stronger than stock, with a high-clearance shape that keeps them up out of the rocks.

What Radius Arms Do
The rear radius arms (also called radius rods) run from the frame to the rear knuckles and keep the rear wheels tracking straight and at the right camber as the suspension moves. They sit low, right where rocks and stumps hit, so a bent stock arm is a common trail failure. A bent arm throws off rear alignment, causing the machine to pull, scrub tires and handle unpredictably.
Strength in the Details
The pivot blocks are welded and reinforced directly to the boxed steel arms, removing a common failure point. At the inner end, a monoball-style bushing pivots within its housing, so the suspension moves freely without grinding the bushing away. The carbon steel bushings are precision machined and zinc plated for smooth movement and corrosion resistance.
Adjustable Heims
Heim joints at the ends let you adjust length to set rear alignment, which matters when you change trailing arms, add a lift or move to bigger tires.
