Polaris RZR XP 1000 & XP 4 1000 High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset Chromoly A-Arms, Threaded Ball Joints

Stock front A-arms on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 sit low, bend easily and limit how big a tire you can run before it rubs. This chromoly version of the High Clearance 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms fixes all three: a dual-bend shape adds 1.5" of ground clearance without a lift, the forward offset makes room for bigger tires and lengthens the wheelbase, and 1.25" chromoly tubing with threaded ball joints makes the front end far tougher than stock. It fits the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 in black, red or Voodoo Blue.

A-Arms That Do More

More ground clearance and a longer wheelbase change how the RZR behaves. You can take rougher trails at higher speeds, climb steeper hills and crawl over bigger obstacles with more stability. Combine that with larger tubing, chromoly construction, threaded ball joints and full camber adjustment, and the front end stops being the weak link.

Ground Clearance and Tire Room Without a Lift

The dual-bend design raises the arm itself, giving you 1.5" of extra clearance under the front suspension without changing ride height. The 1.5" forward offset moves the front wheels ahead so larger tires don't hit the frame or floor. The manufacturer quotes clearance for up to 32" tires in its description and up to 33" in its feature list, so plan on 32" to 33" depending on wheel offset and tire tread. Either way, it's a big gain for just swapping arms.

Chromoly Construction

The arms are built from 1.25" diameter chromoly tubing with a 3.5 mm wall. That's 25% larger than stock in one of the strongest steel alloys used in UTV suspension. A UV-resistant powder coat protects them and keeps the finish looking good. UHMW bushings come preinstalled: they're extremely abrasion resistant and self-lubricating, so the pivots stay smooth for years.

Threaded Ball Joints, 3x Stronger Than Stock

This kit comes with threaded ball joints made from heavy-duty 4340 steel with a stud that doesn't taper down the way stock studs do. The housing has M38 threads that screw into the threaded A-arm, then get locked in with thread locker and a snap ring. That's stronger than a pressed-in joint and easier to install, so you spend less time in the garage.

Camber Adjustment

The adjustable pivot blocks ship set to stock specs, so you can bolt the arms on and ride. If you add weight to the cab or install a small lift kit, adjust the pivot blocks to bring camber back in line, which reduces tire wear and keeps the machine tracking smoothly.
