Polaris RZR XP 1000 & XP 4 1000 High Clearance Billet Radius Arms, 6061 Aluminum, 5/8" Heims

The rear radius arms on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 hang low and take the brunt of every rock, stump and ledge you drag the back of the machine over. Stock arms bend, and a bent radius arm throws off your rear toe and chews up tires. These high clearance billet radius arms are stronger and lighter than the factory set, with a bend that lifts them up and away from the obstacles that do the damage. They fit the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000.

Built for Riders Who Don't Back Down

If you pick lines through rock gardens and over downed trees instead of going around, you need a rear suspension that can take it. These arms are built well beyond stock strength so you can commit to the obstacle in front of you without wondering whether the rear end will survive it.

Why Billet Aluminum

Billet aluminum gives these arms a very high strength-to-weight ratio, so they're stronger than the factory arms while weighing less. Less unsprung weight helps the rear suspension react faster over chop. The adjustable heim joints let you set rear toe precisely, and the high-clearance bend keeps the arms from catching on obstacles.

The billet finish looks great behind the rear tires and tells everyone at the trailhead your RZR isn't stock. The kit comes complete with what you need for a bolt-on install, so you can have them on and tested the same weekend.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well

These suit trail, rock and woods riders who drag the rear of the machine over obstacles. Note that they won't work with Polaris rear bumpers. Pair them with high clearance rear trailing arms from RZR XP 1000 trailing arms and look over other radius arm styles in RZR XP 1000 radius arms (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 radius arms).

Installation Notes

Set the heim joints to match the length of your stock arms before installing, then check rear alignment and fine-tune toe with the adjusters. Re-check heim jam nuts after the first ride.
