These High-Clearance Billet Radius Arms give a 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 rear suspension that's stronger than stock yet lighter. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with a high-clearance bend, they stay up out of the way of rocks and logs and finish the rear of the machine with a polished, premium look.

What Radius Arms Do
The rear radius arms (also called radius rods) run from the frame to the rear knuckles and keep the rear wheels tracking straight and at the right camber as the suspension moves. They sit low, right where rocks and stumps hit, so a bent stock arm is a common trail failure. A bent arm throws off rear alignment, causing the machine to pull, scrub tires and handle unpredictably.
Why Billet Aluminum
Billet aluminum is machined from a solid block, so there are no welds to crack and the shape can be optimized for strength. 6061 has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, meaning the arms are tougher than stock while cutting unsprung weight, which helps the rear suspension react faster over bumps.
Adjustable for Your Setup
The 5/8" heim joints let you fine-tune length to set rear alignment, which is useful after adding a lift, different trailing arms or bigger tires.

Installation Notes
Replace the arms one at a time, setting each new arm to the length of the one it replaces as a starting point. Torque all bolts, then check rear toe. Instructions are linked below.
