A 7-10 inch lift on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 puts the axles at angles and lengths a stock shaft was never meant for. The Rhino X300 Big Lift Kit axle is built for that geometry and keeps the signature X300 trick: a 300M alloy Flexshaft that twists under a torque spike instead of breaking, then returns to shape. You can ride high and drive hard without the CVs or differential taking the hit. It fits the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000, including High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions, and is sold individually for the front or rear. Note: it only works with our 7-10 inch lift kit.
Why You'll Love It
- 300M Flexshaft technology flexes to absorb hard impacts
- 300M and 4340 chromoly CVs maximize strength at the joints
- Oversized CV components stand up to demanding off-road loads
- Reduces strain on CVs and drivetrain components
- CVs packed with proprietary high-temperature grease to control heat under pressure
It's All About the Flex
When an X300 is hit with a torque load that would break other axles, its 300M shaft twists until the load is gone and then returns to its original position. Flexshaft technology relieves much of the stress that would otherwise go into the CVs and differential, which means less wear and tear on much more valuable drivetrain parts.
Why 300M
300M is an aircraft-grade alloy steel used for its high strength, higher silicon content and added vanadium. Those properties, combined with the X300 design, give it the flex that makes wild vehicle modifications workable.
Lift It, Then Ride It Hard
Run a bigger lift with bigger tires and ride harder. If you're the kind of rider who destroys everything you bolt on, X300 can save you from yourself with a good flex.
Choosing the Right Axle
Select the axle location (front or rear), model (Standard, High Lifter or Trails and Rocks), axle length (7-10 inch lift kit axles), and year range. These are not compatible with anti-lock brake systems (ABS). If your RZR is at stock height or has a smaller lift, choose the stock-length X300 heavy-duty axle instead.
What's in the Box
- One X300 big lift kit axle for the selected location, CVs assembled and greased
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This is for RZRs running a 7-10 inch lift kit, usually with big tires. Find the lift itself in RZR XP 1000 lift kits (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 lift kits), more axles in RZR XP 1000 axles and CVs (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 axles and CVs), and limit straps in RZR XP 1000 limit straps to protect the CVs at full droop.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |

Installation Notes
Install the axles while fitting the lift kit, using the kit's hardware and the factory hub and differential connections. Torque the axle nuts to spec and check the boots after the first ride.
