The Rhino 2.0 Formula

It took thousands of hours and countless prototypes to arrive at the formula: great materials, the right heat treatment and a maximized design. Each axle is 4340 chromoly, hardened with a unique heat-treating process that maximizes strength without raising the risk of fatigue. The chromoly cage and spider, along with the CV cups, are maximized as much as possible without rubbing. That combination lets you push the RZR and its big lift to the limit.

Planning a Big Lift Build

A 7-10" lift is a full system, and the axles are only one piece of it. The lift kit's own notes call for 1" wheel spacers if you keep the stock wheels, so plan for those. Taller machines with bigger tires also load the frame harder, which is why a frame stiffener is worth adding at the same time. Ordering a spare front and rear axle for the trailer is cheap insurance on a long trip.
