A stock RZR XP 900 clears 26" tires. This adjustable 3-5" lift kit for the Polaris RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 raises the machine for clearance up to 32" tires while keeping the factory ride quality and turning radius. You can set the height anywhere from 3" to 5", and the measurement is true to size.
Highlights
- Adjustable 3-5" lift, true to height
- Clearance for up to 32" tires (up from 26" stock)
- Brackets CNC laser cut and press bent from 1/4" steel plate
- Keeps the stock turning radius and ride comfort
- 100% bolt-on
- Compatible with OEM and aftermarket heavy-duty ball joints
- UV-resistant black powder coat
- Lifetime warranty on the lift brackets
Built to Take It
Thick 1/4" steel brackets are cut and formed for precise geometry, so the lift holds its shape and the RZR still steers and drives naturally.
Comfort and Turning Radius Kept
Some lift kits stiffen the ride or make the machine hard to turn around on tight trails. This kit is designed to let the factory suspension keep doing its job and to keep the stock turning radius, so you enjoy the same smooth ride, just higher.
Do You Need the Rear Axles?
Lifting the rear changes the axle angle and length the stock shafts were built for. Choose the kit with two rear Rhino 2.0 axles if you're still on stock rear axles. If you already run rear Rhino axles, choose the kit without them and save the cost.
Why Lift Instead of Just Bigger Tires?
Bigger tires add a little clearance, but a lift raises the chassis so those tires have room to move without rubbing through the full suspension travel. Together they make a big difference on rocky and rutted trails.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2011-2014 | Polaris | RZR XP 900 |
| 2012-2014 | Polaris | RZR XP 4 900 |
Choosing Your Height
Set the kit near 3" if you want a modest lift and easier entry, or go toward 5" for maximum clearance and room for the largest tires the kit allows. Being adjustable means you can change the height later if your riding or tires change.
A taller setting also raises the center of gravity, so many trail riders settle in the middle of the range for a good balance of clearance and handling.
What's in the Box

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 owners moving up to larger tires. Add forward-offset A-arms from RZR XP 900 suspension parts, front axles from RZR XP 900 axles and a power steering kit to make the bigger tires easier to steer.
