Stock front A-arms on the RZR XP 900 hang low and bend easily on rocks and stumps. These high-clearance A-arms for the Polaris RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 add 1.5" of ground clearance and move the front wheels 1.5" forward, so you can run up to 30" tires with no lift kit and the machine feels more stable on rough ground.
Highlights
- 1.5" of additional ground clearance from a high-clearance bend
- 1.5" forward offset for stability and tire room
- Run up to 30" tires with no lift
- 1.25" tubing, 25% larger than OEM
- Adjustable pivot blocks for full camber adjustment
- Uses the stock A-arm bushings
- UV-resistant powder coat in black, red or white
- Lifetime warranty
Clearance and Tire Room Without a Lift
The bend in the arms lifts the lowest point of the front suspension, so obstacles that used to catch the arms pass underneath. Moving the wheels forward 1.5" lengthens the wheelbase, which steadies the machine through whoops and rough terrain and opens space for bigger tires.
Stronger Than Stock
Tubing that is 25% larger than the factory arms resists bending, and the powder coat protects it from rust and UV fading. These arms are made to be ridden hard, and the lifetime warranty backs that up.
Camber You Can Adjust
Lift kits and big tires often throw camber off and wear tires unevenly. The adjustable pivot blocks let you dial camber back in. They come pre-set to stock specs, so you only need to touch them if you want to.
Ball Joint Options
The arms do not include ball joints unless you add them. Choose to reuse your existing ball joints, or have new ones pre-installed:
- Standard Duty: a solid factory-style replacement
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly Steel: stronger for big tires and hard riding
- Super Duty 300M: a higher-strength steel for aggressive builds
- Keller Performance: the top option for the most demanding riders
Pre-installed ball joints save you a press job in the garage.
Fitment

Why Forward Offset Matters
On a stock RZR XP 900, larger tires tend to rub the front of the wheel well or the frame at full turn and full compression. Moving the wheel 1.5" forward gives the tire more room in those positions, which is why these arms let you run up to 30" tires without lifting the machine. The slightly longer wheelbase also makes the RZR track straighter at speed and feel less twitchy over rough ground.
Choosing a Color
Black gives a factory look, while red or white makes the suspension stand out. All three share the same UV-resistant powder coat.
Signs It's Time for New Arms
- Bent or dented factory arms after rock hits
- Uneven tire wear you can't fix with the stock alignment
- Plans to step up to bigger tires
If you're replacing worn ball joints anyway, choosing pre-installed ones is usually the simplest route, since the arms arrive ready to bolt on. If your current joints are newer and in good shape, reusing them keeps the cost down.
What's in the Box
- Front high-clearance A-arms in your chosen color
- Adjustable pivot blocks, pre-set to stock specs
- Ball joints, if selected
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 riders who want more clearance and bigger tires. Pair them with radius arms and bushings from RZR XP 900 suspension parts, longer axles from RZR XP 900 axles or a lift from RZR XP 900 lift kits.
Installation Notes
The arms reuse the stock bushings, so inspect them while everything is apart and replace any that are worn. Get an alignment after installation. Instructions are linked below.
