Stock axles on the RZR XP 900 are a common trail failure, especially once you add bigger tires or ride with the throttle pinned. The Rhino 2.0 heavy-duty axle for the 2011-2014 Polaris RZR XP 900 and XP 4 900 is nearly twice as strong as stock, so you can get through harder trails without snapping a shaft or CV.
Highlights
- Nearly two times stronger than stock
- End-to-end 4340 chromoly steel construction
- Proprietary heat treatment
- Shaft is 4 mm larger than stock
- Runs cool at high CV angles
- Puncture-resistant CV boots
- Field and lab tested
- 18-month warranty
The Rhino 2.0 Formula
Strength comes from three things working together: a thicker shaft and bigger CV joints, all-chromoly materials and a heat treatment tuned for both strength and flexibility. The result is an axle that rolls where stock snaps.
Cool Under Articulation
CV joints build heat and wear fast at steep angles. Rhino 2.0 CVs are designed to run at high articulation angles without overheating, which matters on lifted machines and in deep ruts.
Choose the Right Axle
- Front: replaces OEM 1332825
- Rear (stock height): replaces OEM 1332826 and 1332960
- Rear (with 3-5" lift kit): the correct length for a 3-5" lift
Warranty You Can Lean On
Most axles carry a 12-month warranty. Rhino 2.0 carries 18 months, so you can ride hard with confidence.
Front, Rear or Both?
If one axle has broken, check the others for torn boots or clicking, since they've seen the same miles. Many riders also carry a spare on long trips far from the truck.

Signs Your Axles Need Attention
- Clicking from the CVs when turning under power
- Torn boots slinging grease on the A-arms or wheels
- Vibration that gets worse with speed
- A machine that has already snapped an axle once
Torn boots let dirt into the CV, which wears it out fast, so replacing a damaged axle early can save you from a breakdown far from the truck.
What's in the Box
