Stock axles are often the first part to break on a hard-driven Polaris RZR XP Turbo, especially in rock gardens and mud pits. The Heavy-Duty Rhino 2.0 Axle is twice as strong as stock. It's built on the Rhino 2.0 formula: end-to-end 4340 chromoly steel, a proprietary heat treatment, a massive 4 mm increase in shaft size, and maximized CV joints that stay cool at high articulation angles. It's sold individually as a front or rear axle, replaces the factory axles on the 2016-2021 XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo, and carries an 18-month warranty.

The Rhino 2.0 Formula
Strength comes from three things working together: the chromoly material, the bigger shaft, and the heat treatment. Add maximized CV joints built to stay cool at high articulation angles, and you get an axle that just won't quit.
Designed, Built and Tested In-House
Rhino 2.0 axles are designed, engineered, tested and manufactured by the same team, and each design goes through extensive lab and field testing so the strength claims hold up under real abuse.
Know the Signs of a Failing Axle
Clicking from the wheels while turning under power, a torn boot slinging grease, or vibration that gets worse under acceleration all point to a worn CV or axle. Catching it early, before the CV comes apart on the trail, saves you a tow and can protect the differential. When you replace one axle, inspect the others, since they've seen the same miles and abuse.
An 18-Month Warranty
The standard warranty for a heavy-duty axle is 12 months. Rhino 2.0 axles carry 18 months, so you can really put them to the test. It's a strong sign of how much abuse these axles are designed to take, and it means a hard-driven Turbo can run them for seasons with confidence.
Rhino 2.0 vs. X300
Rhino 2.0 is the value-minded heavy-duty choice for stock-height and mildly modified Turbos. If you run big tires, a lift or portals and keep breaking CVs or differentials, the X300 axle with its flexing 300M shaft and 3-year warranty is the step up.
