Polaris RZR XP Turbo & XP 4 Turbo Billet Aluminum Radius Arms, 7075 Hex Bar, 5/8" Heims, Helical Inserts

Factory radius rods on the Polaris RZR XP Turbo are 3/4" and they bend when you hit a rock or come up short on a jump. These Billet Aluminum Radius Arms are machined from 1-1/4" (32 mm) solid 7075 aluminum hex bar, which is far stronger and lets you dial in camber and toe without taking the arms off the machine. Chromoly heims and steel helical inserts keep the ends from stripping or pulling out.

Why Helical Inserts Matter

Aluminum threads are the weak link on most billet radius rods. A steel helical insert lines the threads so the heim can't strip them or pull out under load, which makes the arm strong from end to end.

Adjust Without Removing

The hex shape gives you a flat to put a wrench on. Loosen the jam nuts, turn the arm to set alignment and lock it down; no disassembly needed. That makes it easy to fine-tune after a lift or tire change.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well

These are for Turbo owners who run hard and want rear links that won't bend. Note that they will not fit with Polaris rear bumpers. Pair them with RZR XP Turbo trailing arms and stronger shafts from RZR XP Turbo axles.
