Stock radius rods on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 are 3/4" bar, and hard landings and rocks bend them, throwing off the rear alignment. These billet aluminum radius arms are machined from solid 7075 bar at 1-1/4" (32 mm) diameter versus the 19 mm stock rods, in a hex profile for extra rigidity. Steel helical inserts reinforce the threads so the heims can't strip or pull out, and the flat sides of the hex let you adjust camber and toe while they're installed. They fit the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000.
Highlights
- Made of 1-1/4" 7075 solid aluminum bar compared to 3/4" OEM
- Steel helical inserts for unbreakable threads
- Fully adjustable 5/8" x 18 chromoly heim joints with 5/8" steel bushings
- Hexagonal design for strength and style
- Hex design lets you adjust camber and toe while installed
Solid Billet Strength
Strength, style and utility come together here. The solid 7075 billet bar is 32 mm in diameter compared to 19 mm stock, and the hex design adds even more strength and rigidity to the rear links. You can push the machine hard knowing the rear suspension is up to the task.
Threads That Won't Pull Out
Steel helical inserts are built into the threads to make the arms tougher. They reinforce the threads so the heims can't strip them out or pull out, and the helical design gets stronger the harder the heims pull. End to end, these arms are made so you can ride like you don't have a brake pedal.
Adjust Without Removing Anything
The flat sides of the hex bar give you a wrench surface, so you can turn the arm to adjust camber and toe on the fly without pulling it off the machine. That makes alignment after a lift, a tire change or a hard hit quick work.
What's in the Box

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
These arms are for riders who bend stock radius rods, run bigger tires, or want a premium billet look. They will not fit with Polaris rear bumpers, and per the fitment notes they don't fit the 2017 XP 4 1000 High Lifter Edition or 2017 XP 1000 Gold Metallic Edition. Pair them with billet hex tie rods from RZR XP 1000 steering parts, rear trailing arms from RZR XP 1000 trailing arms, and see more in RZR XP 1000 radius arms (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 radius arms).
