These hex radius arms give the Polaris RZR XP Turbo S a big jump in strength without adding weight. Each arm is a CNC-machined 32 mm solid bar of 7075 aluminum, compared to the 19 mm factory bar, with 5/8" chromoly heims threaded into steel inserts so they never pull out. The hex shape also makes camber adjustment a one-wrench job.

Why 7075 Aluminum
7075 has one of the best strength-to-weight ratios available, which is how a 32 mm solid aluminum bar ends up much stronger than the OEM part without weighing you down. The hex profile is rugged and practical: just put a wrench on the flats to adjust length and camber, which makes install and maintenance easy. You can make small camber changes at the trailhead without removing the arms, handy when you swap tires or add weight for a trip.
Threads That Won't Pull Out
Aluminum threads are the weak spot on most aluminum arms. Here, steel helical inserts are built into the threads, giving the heims something unbreakable to thread into. Fly through the trails and send it off jumps without worrying about the arms.
