Bigger tires are the most popular upgrade on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo, and the front arms are usually where they run out of room. These High Clearance 2" Forward Offset A-Arms push the front wheels 2" forward, which stretches the wheelbase, makes room for much larger tires and gives the machine a calmer, more stable feel on climbs and through rough sections. The bent arm design adds 1.5" of ground clearance on top of that, all without a lift kit, and a heavy-duty tie rod kit comes in the box so your steering matches the new geometry.
Highlights
- 2" forward offset lengthens the wheelbase
- High-clearance bends add 1.5" of ground clearance
- Run up to 35" tires with Walker Evans shocks, or up to 33" tires on DYNAMIX active suspension
- 1.25" diameter tubing, 25% larger than stock
- Chromoly pivot blocks and ball joint housings
- Adjustable pivot blocks for full camber control
- Preinstalled UHMW bushings at no extra cost
- Heavy-duty solid steel bar tie rod kit with chromoly ends included
- Works with the stock sway bar
- UV-resistant powder coat in black or red, backed by a lifetime A-arm warranty
Big Tires Without a Big Lift
A tall lift gets you tire room, but it also raises the center of gravity and makes the machine tippy on side hills. Moving the wheel forward 2" does the job a different way. The front tire gets space ahead of the fender and firewall, so it can turn and compress without rubbing, and the machine stays low. The longer wheelbase also adds stability on steep climbs and drops, and with bigger tires you gain even more clearance under the whole machine.
Built Bigger Than Stock
The arms are made from 1.25" diameter steel tubing, 25% larger than the factory arms, which gives them a big jump in strength for hard landings and rock hits. The pivot blocks and ball joint housings are chromoly. A UV-resistant powder coat protects the steel from chips and corrosion and keeps the color from fading in the sun.
Bushings Already Installed
The UHMW bushings come pressed in, which saves time on install day. They're tough, self-lubricating and nearly frictionless, so they keep the suspension moving freely and get smoother as the miles add up.
Camber Set to Stock, Ready to Adjust
The adjustable pivot blocks ship set to factory specs. Leave them alone on a stock machine, or adjust them after adding cab weight or a small lift to bring camber back in line and prevent uneven tire wear. Learning how camber affects handling is worth the time once you start changing tire sizes.
A Tie Rod Kit to Match
Offset arms change where the steering needs to reach, so this kit includes heavy-duty tie rods. They're solid steel bars with chromoly tie rod ends, built to handle hard riding and big tires, and they make adjusting toe simple.
Preinstalled Ball Joint Options
Order the arms with ball joints installed to save time, or reuse your stock ball joints if you do the work yourself.
- Super Duty 300M: 300M alloy steel in an adjustable, serviceable design, 2.25x stronger than stock.
- Keller Performance: two-piece design that threads into the arm like a nut and bolt with no snap ring. Chromoly stud and tool-steel body, greaseable and rebuildable, ideal for big tires.
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly: 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, an adjustable housing to keep stud stiffness right, and a grease fitting.
- Standard Duty: hardened chromoly, zinc plated, as strong as or stronger than stock.
Walker Evans or DYNAMIX: Know Your Tire Limit
How big you can go depends on the shocks on your machine. With Walker Evans shocks the arms clear tires up to 35", which is a serious step up for mud, rocks and sand. Machines with DYNAMIX active suspension top out at 33" with these arms. Either way, you're running far more tire than the stock arms allow, and you're doing it without the extra height and roll of a lift.
What Changes on the Trail
Most owners notice the difference on the first climb. The longer wheelbase keeps the front end from feeling light, the bigger tires roll over ledges that used to stop the machine, and the extra clearance under the arms means fewer hits on rocks and roots. Because the arms keep the sway bar connection, the RZR still corners flat and predictable, and your steering stays crisp thanks to the matched tie rod kit.
Fitment Notes
- Fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo
- If you also run a lift kit with stock wheels, 1" wheel spacers or steering stops are recommended
What's in the Box
- (4) 2" forward offset A-arms with UHMW bushings installed
- Adjustable chromoly pivot blocks
- Heavy-duty solid steel bar tie rod kit
- Ball joints, installed, if selected
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
These are for Turbo owners stepping up to 32" to 35" tires who want the room and stability without a tall lift. Bigger tires put more load on the drivetrain, so look at RZR XP Turbo axles and a clutch kit from RZR XP Turbo clutch parts, and match the rear with trailing arms.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP Turbo |
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP4 Turbo |
Note: 1" wheel spacers or steering stops are recommended if you are also running a lift kit with stock wheels.
Installation Notes
Remove the factory arms and tie rods, install the new arms and the included tie rod kit, then set toe and check camber. A full alignment after install keeps tire wear even. Before you mount the new tires, cycle the steering lock to lock and check clearance at full compression. If you also run a lift with stock wheels, add 1" wheel spacers or steering stops so the tires and arms never make contact at full lock, and recheck the tie rod jam nuts after the first ride.
