Hanging an A-arm on a root or a ledge is one of the fastest ways to end a ride on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo. These High Clearance Boxed A-Arms replace the factory front arms with boxed arms built from 1/8" steel plate and bent to lift the arm body up and out of the line of fire. You gain 1.5" of ground clearance at the front without a lift kit, keep a stock-size tire setup, and get adjustable camber so you can dial in the front end for how you load and ride the machine.

Why Boxed Steel Plate
Tubular arms are strong, but a boxed arm spreads an impact over a wide, flat surface. When the front of the RZR comes down on a rock or the arm drags over a log, the boxed plate takes the hit across the whole face instead of concentrating it on one round tube. The 1/8" plate is welded into a closed box section that stays rigid under load, so the arm holds its shape and your alignment stays where you set it. It's a good match for riders who spend more time crawling over obstacles than flat-out racing.
Clearance Where It Matters
The bend in each arm moves the lowest point of the arm up and away from the ground. That 1.5" may not sound like much, but at the front corners it's often the difference between sliding over a stump and stopping dead on it. Because the clearance comes from the arm shape and not from a lift, the center of gravity stays where Polaris designed it, and the machine keeps its planted feel in corners and off-camber sections.
UHMW Bushings That Get Smoother With Use
Each arm comes with UHMW bushings that are nearly frictionless and extremely hard to wear out. They're self-lubricating, so they don't need constant greasing, and they actually get smoother the more you ride. Compared to rubber bushings that crack and go sloppy, they keep the suspension moving freely and quietly for a long time.
Set Your Own Camber
The upper pivot blocks are adjustable, which gives you full control over front camber. They arrive pre-adjusted to factory specs, so if you're running the machine stock you can bolt the arms on and go. If you add a heavy roof, a winch, larger tires or a small lift, you can set the camber back where it belongs and stop the premature tire wear that comes with a front end that's out of spec.
Choosing a Preinstalled Ball Joint
You can order the arms with ball joints already pressed in, which saves a messy job in the garage. If you choose to do the work yourself, you'll need to reuse your stock ball joints, so pick an option at checkout if yours are worn.
- Super Duty 300M: 300M grade steel, an easy-to-reach grease zerk and an adjustable steel-on-steel design. Rated 2.25x stronger than stock, the top choice for big tires and hard hits.
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly: hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, greaseable and adjustable. Lab and field tested to handle double the pressure of an OEM ball joint.
- Standard Duty: hardened chromoly studs and housings, zinc plated. OEM quality or better without the OEM price.
- Keller Performance: a two-piece design that threads into the arm like a nut and bolt, so there's no snap ring and the joint is virtually impossible to pull out. Greaseable and rebuildable.
Fitment Notes
- Fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo
- Some machines need the included differential spacers to clear the arms
- Running these with a lift and stock wheels calls for 1" wheel spacers or steering stops
What's in the Box
- (4) Boxed A-arms (upper and lower, driver and passenger)
- UHMW bushings, installed
- Adjustable pivot blocks set to stock specs
- Differential spacers
- Ball joints, installed, if you choose a ball joint option
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
These arms suit Turbo owners who ride rocky, rooty trails on stock-size tires and want tougher, higher front arms without changing how the machine handles. Finish the job at the back with RZR XP Turbo trailing arms and radius arms, and protect your shafts with an upgrade from RZR XP Turbo axles.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP Turbo |
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP 4 Turbo |
- Due to machine variance, some vehicles may need to use included differential spacers to clear the arms
- 1” wheel spacers or steering stops required if running a lift with stock wheels
Installation Notes
Support the front of the machine, remove the wheels, brake calipers and factory arms, then bolt the new arms in place with the bushings and pivot blocks already installed. Fit the differential spacers if your arms touch, torque everything to spec and get an alignment. Separate instructions cover the preinstalled and threaded ball joint versions.
