The X300 is the strongest axle option for the Polaris RZR XP Turbo S, and it works differently from a simply thicker shaft. Its 300M alloy shaft twists under a shock load that would snap other axles, then springs back, soaking up force that would otherwise break CVs or damage the differential. It's backed by a 3-year warranty, the best axle warranty in the industry.
Highlights

It's All About the Flex
When a big torque spike hits, like landing a jump on the throttle or catching traction on a rock, the X300 shaft twists until the load passes and then returns to its original shape. That flex relieves much of the stress that would be transferred to the CVs and differential with a rigid axle. The result is less wear on the far more expensive parts of your drivetrain.
Why 300M
300M is an aircraft-grade alloy chosen for its high strength, higher silicon content and added vanadium. Those properties, combined with the shaft design, are what make the signature flex possible, allowing hard riding and wild modifications without breakdowns.
Made for Big Tires and Big Rides
Flex means you can run bigger tires and lifts, take rougher lines and ride flat out without breaking. If you've snapped axles before, this is the upgrade.
X300 vs Rhino 2.0
Rhino 2.0 adds strength by going bigger and harder. X300 takes a different approach: instead of resisting every hit, it gives a little and springs back. That makes it the better choice when tires get big and traction gets high, because those are the conditions that turn a rigid shaft into a broken CV or a cracked diff housing. If you ride mostly stock with occasional hard hits, Rhino 2.0 may be all you need. If you've added size, power or weight, choose X300.
Front or Rear
Choose the axle location in the option menu. Many riders replace the one that broke and keep a second X300 in the trailer as a spare.
