DRT's HD tie rod kit for the 64 in Xpedition replaces the OEM inner tie rods (P/N 7061322) and outer tie rod ends (7061312-LH / 7061313-RH) and keeps the factory steering rack. The billet 6061-T6 rods clear at full droop and compression. A proprietary inner ball joint keeps the OEM bellows sealing the rack.

Installation Notes
Keeps the factory steering rack. Count the turns as you remove each OEM tie rod or rod end and copy that length so the toe stays close, then get a full alignment before you drive hard. After install, confirm every jam nut is tight and set with thread locker, and paint-mark each nut so movement is easy to spot. Inspect the jam nuts before every ride.
