The Xpedition and Ranger 1500 72 in mid/long travel platforms put a lot of travel through the steering. DRT's Barrel UHD kit replaces the OEM inner tie rods with CNC-machined 7075-T6 rods that clear at full droop and compression. A proprietary inner ball joint keeps the OEM bellows sealed against water, sand and dirt.

- 7075-T6 billet: UHD aluminum for hard use.

Installation Notes
Works with the factory steering rack. Count the turns as you remove each OEM tie rod or rod end and copy that length so the toe stays close, then get a full alignment before you drive hard. After install, confirm every jam nut is tight and set with thread locker, and paint-mark each nut so movement is easy to spot. Inspect the jam nuts before every ride.
