For owners of the DRT Polaris Xpedition ADV 5 2024+ Aluminum Fender Kit who have damaged one panel. Before ordering, look at the panel you are replacing and confirm its side and position, since the driver and passenger panels are mirror images and front and rear panels are different shapes.
Installation Notes
Remove the damaged panel and keep its hardware unless it is worn or bent. Install the new panel in the same mounting locations as the original kit panel and tighten evenly so the panel sits flush against the body. Care: rinse mud and road salt off after rides and wash with mild soap. Touch up chips in the powder coat promptly so bare metal does not corrode, and check the mounting points after any hard hit.
