6" Portals for a U10 Pro That Doesn't Back Down
You pull up to a nasty mud hole or a steep, rocky climb and wonder if your CFMOTO UFORCE U10 Pro is going to make it. This 6" GDP Portal Gear Lift is about taking that doubt away. It gives you serious lift and gear reduction in one package. Choose a 30% or 45% gear reduction to add torque, and pick between cast or billet aluminum housings for the strength you want.
- 6" of lift right at the hubs for big ground clearance
- 30% or 45% gear reduction to add torque and take load off the drivetrain
- Choice of cast or billet housings
- 9310 steel gears with a hardened 4340 drive shaft
- Limited lifetime warranty
30% or 45%: Which One Fits Your Riding
These portals let you set the machine up for the way you actually ride. Go with 30% if you want more torque but still want to keep your speed on trails and dunes. If you're running big tires, chewing through mud, or crawling rocks, the 45% reduction gives you the most pulling power. If you ride your U10 Pro hard, this is one of the best things you can bolt on.
Your Axles and Diffs Will Thank You
The reduction is built into each wheel hub, so the portals handle the heavy work. That keeps your axles, differentials, prop shaft, and transmission from fighting to spin big, heavy tires.
Housings and Plates Made for Abuse
These portals are made to handle anything your U10 Pro can dish out. Cast and billet housings are both strong enough for hard use, and steel alloy backing plates add another layer of strength so you can ride hard without worrying.
- Reinforced housings keep the gears secure and let oil flow where it needs to
- Steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
- Can be filled with Portal Blood, a gear oil made for GDP portals
- No vents and no gimmicks. Vents were tested and did more harm than good
Built to Stay Sealed
Here's what goes into keeping these portals sealed and running smooth:
- Oil-resistant gaskets and O-rings that don't break down quickly
- A sealed input gear plus a double-lipped output seal
- Complete sealing coverage to prevent oil leaks
- Double angular contact bearings on the output to prevent early wear
- Roller bearings on the idler and drive gears to keep everything meshed right
Add a Frame Stiffener With Your Portals
Hard riding and the added weight of 6" portals and bigger tires can put a lot of strain on a frame that isn't reinforced. Adding a frame stiffener with this kit is strongly recommended. It's offered as an option when you order.
