Getting the Most From It

Utility machines often run short errands around the property, and short trips don't give the charging system enough time to fully top off the battery. Over months, that slowly drains it. A battery maintainer during slow seasons, clean terminals and an occasional longer run all help this battery last. If you use a winch often, let the engine run for a while afterward so the battery can recover.

Install Notes

Make sure the battery is charged. Disconnect the negative cable first, then the positive, and remove the old battery. Install the Motobatt, connect positive and then negative, and secure the hold-down. Recycle the old battery at a parts store or recycling center.
