A worn or snapped ball joint on a Polaris RZR XP 1000 can drop a wheel and end the ride on the spot, and stock joints don't last long behind big tires. These replacement ball joints come in three strength levels so you can match them to how you ride: Standard Duty for casual riding, Heavy-Duty 4340 for rough weekend trail rides, and Super Duty 300M for the most strength you can buy. They fit both the upper and lower A-arms on the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000, including High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions.
Highlights
- Three strength levels: Standard Duty, Heavy-Duty 4340, Super Duty 300M
- Super Duty 300M is 2.25x stronger than stock
- Heavy-Duty 4340 VAR steel stud with a breaking point nearly double OEM
- Greaseable zerk on every joint
- Adjustable steel-on-steel design
- Fits both upper and lower A-arms
Which Ball Joint Is Right for You?
The Standard Duty OE-replacement joint is the right call for casual riding. Heavy-Duty 4340 steel stud joints are built for rougher weekend trail rides. If you need to take it up a notch, the Super Duty 300M joint gives unmatched strength and takes ball joint failure off your list of worries.
Super Duty 300M
300M grade steel is the strongest ball joint material on the market. Combined with careful design engineering, it makes the strongest stud possible, with minimal narrowing at the neck and an adjustable stud. At 2.25x the strength of stock, it's as strong as RZR ball joints get.
Heavy-Duty 4340
No expense was spared engineering these. Shear tests show that the blend of a 4340 VAR steel stud, hardened to just the right Rockwell and coated with black oxide, outperforms standard steel. With a breaking point of nearly double OEM and other aftermarket ball joints, they'll last a long time.
Strength Plus Convenience
Every ball joint has a greaseable zerk for easy access and maintenance, and the adjustable steel-on-steel design gives you miles of reliability, not just strength.
Choose Your Ball Joints
Pick the strength (Standard Duty, Heavy Duty 4340 Chromoly Steel, or Super Duty 300M), then the quantity: 1, 2 or 4 ball joints. Four covers both front corners, upper and lower.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
These are for any RZR owner replacing worn joints, and for riders on bigger tires or lifts who want insurance against a failure. If you want a threaded joint that can't push through the A-arm, see the Keller ball joints in RZR XP 1000 suspension parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 suspension parts). While the arms are apart, replace the bushings from RZR XP 1000 A-arms and bushings and inspect the tie rods in RZR XP 1000 steering parts.
