Ball joints connect the A-arms to the knuckles on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S, and when one fails, the wheel can fold under the machine. This listing covers three strength levels, so you can match the ball joint to how hard you ride: Standard Duty for casual riding, Heavy-Duty 4340 for rough weekend trails, and Super Duty 300M for maximum strength.
Highlights
- Three strength levels: Standard Duty, Heavy-Duty 4340 and Super Duty 300M
- Fits both upper and lower A-arms
- Grease fitting on every joint
- Adjustable steel-on-steel design
- Sold as 1, 2 or 4 ball joints
- Replaces OEM 7081867 and 7082275
Super Duty 300M
300M is the strongest steel used for ball joints. Paired with a stud design that narrows very little at the neck, it produces a joint about 2.25 times stronger than stock. Choose it for big tires, lifts and aggressive riding.
Heavy-Duty 4340
The stud is 4340 VAR steel, hardened to a carefully chosen Rockwell hardness and finished in black oxide. In shear testing it reached a breaking point nearly double that of OEM and other aftermarket joints. It's the right step up for rougher weekend trail riding.
Standard Duty
An OE-replacement joint for casual riding at a lower price, still with a grease fitting for easy maintenance.
Strength Plus Serviceability
Every joint has a zerk fitting so you can push out water and dirt and keep it lubricated, and the adjustable steel-on-steel design lets you take up wear for miles of reliable service.
| Level | Best for |
|---|---|
| Standard Duty | Stock machines, casual riding |
| Heavy-Duty 4340 | Rough weekend trails, mild upgrades |
| Super Duty 300M | Big tires, lifts, hard riding |
