Worn or broken ball joints on a Polaris RZR XP Turbo mean sloppy steering at best and a wheel folding under at worst. These replacement ball joints come in three strength levels so you can match them to how you ride, from casual trail use to all-out abuse. Each one fits both upper and lower A-arms and has a grease zerk for easy maintenance.
Choose Your Strength
- Standard Duty: OE replacement for casual riding
- Heavy Duty 4340: 4340 VAR steel stud for rougher weekend trail rides
- Super Duty 300M: the strongest option, about 2.25x stronger than stock
Pick strength and quantity (1, 2 or 4 ball joints) in separate menus.
Super Duty 300M
300M grade steel is among the strongest ball joint materials available. The stud is designed with minimal narrowing at the neck, where most joints break, and it's adjustable. It's the pick for big tires, big jumps and hard racing.
Heavy Duty 4340
The 4340 VAR steel stud is hardened to the right Rockwell and finished in black oxide. In shear testing its breaking point was nearly double OEM and other aftermarket joints, so it lasts a long time.
Built for Maintenance
Every joint has a greaseable zerk and an adjustable steel-on-steel design, so you can keep it serviced and tight for miles of reliable riding.

How to Choose
If you ride stock tires on mellow trails, standard duty is a solid, affordable replacement. If you've added bigger tires or ride rough terrain most weekends, step up to heavy duty 4340. If you jump, race or run a lifted machine on big tires, super duty 300M is the joint to buy. Replacing all four at once keeps the front end feeling even.

Installation Notes
Ball joints press into the A-arms, so a ball joint press is needed. Grease them after installation and check them regularly.
