The Polaris RZR XP 1000 is a top-shelf performance machine, but its factory ball joints share the same weak spot: a hard hit can push the joint right past its flimsy snap ring. For riders who want the very best, Todd Keller's two-piece Mega ball joints are the biggest and toughest joints made, with maximized studs and housings that don't rely on a snap ring at all. They're so big that the A-arms must be modified to install them. They fit the XP 1000 and XP 4 1000, including High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions.
Highlights
- Maximized studs and housings for industry-leading strength
- 4340 hardened chromoly steel construction
- Two-piece threaded design, no snap ring required
- Easily adjustable, rebuildable and greaseable
- Robust boot retaining ring prevents water intrusion
For Riders Who Want Mega Strength
The Mega housing is bigger and beefier than any other, which makes room for the thickest studs in the industry. Durable tool steel housings combined with a high-quality chromoly alloy stud make it practically unstoppable. They're for riders who go on the most extreme rides and can't accept failure as an option.
A Two-Piece Design That Doesn't Pull Out
A busted ball joint can leave you stranded in the woods. The Mega Keller design presses in on one side and threads on from the other, like a nut and bolt, so it can't pull through. You can grease and adjust the joints easily to keep them feeling new.
Let the RZR Loose
If you feel like you have to baby the machine, these are the fix. Because they don't use a snap ring, they're made for hard riding, whether that's monster mud tires or flat-out trail runs.
Keller or Mega Keller?
Standard Keller joints bolt into stock-size A-arm bores and are plenty for most lifted, big-tire machines. Mega Kellers step up the stud and housing size for the most extreme builds, but they require modifying the A-arms, so plan for that work or have a shop handle it.
Choose Your Quantity
Order 1, 2 or 4 ball joints. Four covers the upper and lower joints on both front corners.
What's in the Box
- Mega Keller two-piece ball joint(s), quantity as selected
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
These are for extreme builds: big portals, monster mud tires and hard rock crawling. If you'd rather not modify the A-arms, choose the standard Keller ball joints in RZR XP 1000 suspension parts (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 suspension parts). Heavy-duty tie rods from RZR XP 1000 steering parts and Rhino 2.0 axles from RZR XP 1000 axles and CVs round out a bulletproof front end.

Installation Notes
Mega ball joints require modification of your A-arms. Once the bores are prepared, the joint presses in and the housing threads on. Grease and adjust before riding.
