If you've built a 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 with huge tires, a big lift or portals, standard ball joints become the weak link in the front end. The Mega Keller Ball Joint is the heavy hitter of the Keller line, with the thickest studs and largest housings in the industry, made from 4340 hardened chromoly in the USA.

Important: A-Arm Modification Required
Mega ball joints are larger than stock, so the A-arms must be modified to accept them. They won't drop into unmodified factory arms. Plan for that work (or arms already set up for Mega joints) before ordering. If you want a Keller joint that installs in stock arms, choose the standard Keller Ball Joint.
No Snap Ring, No Push-Through
Factory ball joints are pressed in and held by a snap ring. Under big hits that ring can let go and the joint can push out of the arm. Keller's two-piece design threads in on one side and presses in on the other, locking the joint in place so it can't pull out. The same design makes the joints easy to adjust, rebuild and grease rather than throwing them away when they wear.

Installation Notes
Because the A-arms must be modified, this is a job for an experienced fabricator or a shop. Once installed, grease the joints at every service and check them for play.
