Nothing ends a Polaris RZR XP 1000 ride faster than a broken axle. The Rhino Brand axle is for riders who think stock axles aren't enough and want a replacement that does more: it's 4340 chromoly from end to end, with maximized CV and shaft size and redesigned CV joints that handle high articulation angles while running cooler. Front and rear axles are available for the XP 1000, XP 4 1000, High Lifter and Trails & Rocks editions.

Built for Adventure
Rhino Brand axles are made from chromoly steel with a great strength-to-weight ratio, and the high articulation angles let you push the RZR to its limit. They're built for side-by-side riders who want a replacement axle that's an upgrade, not just a spare.
The Rhino Difference
End to end, these axles are built to withstand hard riding. They're made of 4340 chromoly steel, one of the industry's toughest materials. The CV joints are redesigned to handle high articulation angles, and each axle is packed with synthetic grease to keep it running cool. Tear-resistant boots and seals keep rocks, dirt and mud out of the joints.
Trail and Lab Tested
These axles are tested on the trail and in a multi-million dollar testing facility, alongside competitors' axles, so you know how they stack up: they're built to be the strongest axle in their class.
Choose Your Axle
Select the axle location (front or rear), your year range, and your RZR model: Standard Edition, High Lifter Edition, or Trails and Rocks Edition (Gold). Each selection is one axle. Compare the OEM part number on your old axle with the replacement list in the fitment section to confirm the right one.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
This axle is for RZR owners at stock height who run bigger tires or ride hard enough to break factory axles. For lifted machines, look at the big lift kit axles, and for the most strength, the X300 heavy-duty axles in RZR XP 1000 axles and CVs (4-seat: RZR XP 4 1000 axles and CVs). Limit straps from RZR XP 1000 limit straps protect axles at full droop.
