If you want a Polaris RZR XP Turbo that rolls over mud holes, downed trees and just about anything else on the trail, this 10" Lift Kit is how you get there. It measures a true 10" of lift, uses high-clearance A-arms, radius arms and trailing arms for room to run 36" tires, and widens the stance so the lifted machine stays stable. Unlike many big lifts, it keeps a reasonable turning radius and the comfortable ride of the stock shocks.

A Lift That Measures True
When you buy a 10" lift, you should get 10" of lift. This kit is designed to deliver exactly that, and because the arms themselves are high-clearance designs, you gain room under the machine as well as at the frame. That combination is what makes 36" tires fit without a fight. The wider track, 5-1/2" up front and 6" at the rear, offsets the higher center of gravity, so the machine feels planted rather than tippy. The 1" rear offset in the trailing arms also stretches the wheelbase slightly for a steadier ride on climbs.
Strength From Nose to Tail
All that height is useless if the parts fold on the first hard hit. The A-arms and radius arms use 1-1/4" heavy-duty steel tubing, the trailing arms are 2.5 mm steel plate and the Z-bend tie rods are 22 mm solid steel bar. UHMW bushings come included for smooth, low-maintenance pivots. The A-arms, trailing arms, radius arms, tie rods and lift brackets are all backed by a lifetime warranty.
No Compromise on Turning or Ride
Some big lifts turn a nimble machine into one that needs a football field to turn around. This kit is designed to keep your shocks aligned properly and your steering radius reasonable, so the Turbo still turns on the trail and keeps a cushy ride. It's built around the stock shocks, which keeps the cost of the build down.
Rhino 2.0 or X300 Axles
- Rhino 2.0: 4340 chromoly with a proprietary heat treatment, 4 mm larger than stock, 100% stronger than stock, field and lab tested, with an 18-month warranty.
- X300: a 300M alloy steel shaft with CV parts of 300M and 4340, a maximized CV, spider and cage, and high-temp grease. The shaft flexes to absorb impacts that would otherwise damage CVs, the diff or the transmission. Backed by a 3-year warranty.
Steering Stop Kit Included
The kit includes a steering stop kit that limits how far the wheel turns. That prevents big tires from rubbing and helps protect the axles from a too-sharp turn while reversing under hard throttle, which is when lifted machines most often break shafts.
Fitment Notes
- Fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo
- If running stock wheels, 1" wheel spacers are needed
- Ball joints are not included; reuse yours or upgrade
- The front sway bar is not used with this kit

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For mud and trail riders building a tall, big-tire Turbo. You'll need ball joints, so look at RZR XP Turbo suspension parts, and consider spare shafts from RZR XP Turbo axles and a recalibrated clutch from RZR XP Turbo clutch parts for the larger tires.
Fitment
| Year | Make | Model |
|---|---|---|
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP Turbo |
| 2016-2021 | Polaris | RZR XP 4 Turbo |
Note: If running stock wheels you will need 1" wheel spacers.
Installation Notes
This is a full suspension swap, so plan on a long day. Remove the front sway bar and factory arms, install the new arms with your ball joints, fit the axles, tie rods, brake lines and steering stops, then add 1" spacers if you keep stock wheels. Finish with an alignment.
