Polaris RZR XP 1000 & XP 4 1000 7-10" Adjustable Lift Kit, Chromoly A-Arms, X300 or Rhino 2.0 Axles, 36" Tires

For a Polaris RZR XP 1000 built to crawl through mud holes and rock gardens on big tires, this 7-10" Lift Kit is the tall option. It measures true to size whether you set it at 7" or the full 10", clears tires up to 36", and replaces the front A-arms, rear trailing arms and radius arms with high-clearance chromoly parts, so nothing hangs down to snag. It widens the track 5-1/2" in front and 6" in the rear for stability and includes four axles, X300 or Rhino 2.0. It works with the stock shocks and fits the 2014-2023 XP 1000 and XP 4 1000, including High Lifter, LE and Trails and Rocks editions.

Tall Without Compromise

Big lifts usually mean giving up drivability and comfort. This kit draws on more than a decade of lift-building experience to deliver real height without wrecking the turning radius or the ride. The high-clearance arms keep the added height where it matters, under the chassis and suspension, not just at the frame.

Axle Choice: X300 or Rhino 2.0

X300 axles use a 300M alloy steel shaft with CV components made of 300M and 4340 steel, and maximized CV, spider and cage sizes. The 300M shaft flexes under load without breaking, absorbing force that would otherwise damage the CVs, differential or transmission. The CVs are packed with high-temp grease and carry a 3-year warranty. Rhino 2.0 axles are 4340 chromoly with a proprietary heat treatment and a 4 mm size increase, are 100% stronger than stock, and carry an 18-month warranty. Choose X300 for the biggest tires and hardest use. Rhino 2.0 is the lower-cost choice for moderate tire sizes and trail riding, and X300 adds a significant amount to the kit price, so it's worth matching the axle to how hard you'll ride.

Ball Joint Options

The kit doesn't include ball joints by default; you can reuse your existing ones and do the work yourself. Or order the arms with Standard Duty, Heavy-Duty 4340 chromoly, Super Duty 300M, or Keller Performance ball joints preinstalled. That saves pressing them in, and on a 36" tire build, stronger joints are a smart choice.

Color

The kit comes in black or red. Choose black for a factory look, or red to show off the new suspension against the machine.

Steering Stop Kit Included

The included steering stop kit limits steering travel to help prevent tire rub, and it protects the axles from too sharp a turn when reversing under hard throttle.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well

This kit is for mud and rock riders who want 33-36" tires and maximum clearance. You'll need 1" wheel spacers if you run stock wheels. Add steering assist from RZR XP 1000 steering parts, a heavy-duty transmission from RZR XP 1000 clutch and transmission for big tires, and armor from RZR XP 1000 skid plates. Installation Notes

This is a full suspension swap: lift brackets, arms, axles, tie rods and brake lines. Allow a full shop session, bleed the brakes afterward, and align the machine at your chosen ride height. Choose your year and model carefully.
