On a lifted Polaris RZR XP Turbo with big tires, the snap ring that holds the factory ball joint in place is the weak point; under enough load the joint pushes right out of the arm. Keller Ball Joints get rid of the snap ring entirely. Todd Keller's original two-piece design presses into the arm and locks in with a threaded chromoly housing on the back, so it can't pull through.
Highlights
- 4340 hardened chromoly steel construction
- Two-piece threaded design, no snap ring needed
- Easily adjustable, rebuildable and greaseable
- Robust boot retaining ring keeps water out
- Sold as 1, 2 or 4 ball joints
- Made in the USA
The First Threaded Ball Joint
Keller Ball Joints were the first threaded ball joints on the market. Once the joint is pressed in and the housing is threaded on, it's locked to the arm. That's what makes them the go-to for big lifts, heavy machines and riders who jump.
Built to Be Serviced
Instead of throwing the joint away when it wears, you can adjust it, grease it and rebuild it. The heavy boot retaining ring helps keep water and grit out between services.
Choosing a Quantity
Replacing one worn joint? Pick 1. Doing one side or one axle? Pick 2. Doing all four corners? Pick 4.
