Once you've built a custom cage for your Polaris RZR XP Turbo, factory-fit windshields won't line up anymore. The Custom Cage Windshield Kit solves that with an oversized 1/4" polycarbonate panel that sits flush to the hood and matches the machine's width, with the top left for you to trim to your cage. It comes with heavy-duty mounts, bulb seal and three-position vents.

Small Parts Done Right
Because every install is custom, the clamps and seal matter. Heavy-duty clamps hold the windshield firmly, and high-quality bulb seal keeps out moisture and keeps the cab quiet.
Vents You Control
The vents have three positions: closed, half open and fully open. They adjust easily from your seat and stay where you set them.
Tough and Clear
The polycarbonate is virtually indestructible against branches and roost, and the hard coating protects it so it stays clear for years.
Safety When Cutting
Wear eye protection and protective gear, and follow safe cutting practices when trimming the windshield.
Built for Custom Machines
Racers and serious builders often replace the factory cage for strength, height or style, and then discover that off-the-shelf windshields no longer fit. This kit gives you a hood-matched lower edge and machine-width panel, so the hard part is already done; you only shape the top edge to your cage. You end up with a windshield that looks factory-made on a custom build.
Comfortable in All Weather
A full windshield blocks wind, dust and rain, and the vents let you bring in airflow when it warms up, without removing anything. That makes it practical year-round on a machine that may see racing, trail riding and cold-weather use.
Which Size Do I Need?
Pick the year that matches your machine's hood. The 2016-2018 panel is 25" tall and 39" wide, and the 2019-2021 panel is 28" tall and 40" wide. Both start oversized at the top so there's material to trim to your cage height. Measure your cage opening before cutting, and take off a little at a time for the cleanest fit.
Quiet, Dry Cab
The bulb seal fills the gap between the windshield and your cage, so wind noise and water stay out. That makes a big difference on long rides at speed.
