The EZ-STEER Series 6 Power Steering Kit puts a 600-watt electric power steering motor on your Polaris RZR XP Turbo, enough to turn 50"+ tires with ease, and it runs on your single factory battery. Rocks and logs stop yanking the wheel, and deep holes feel like a Sunday cruise.

Total Control
Big tires catch every rock and rut and jerk the wheel out of your hands. The Series 6 motor overpowers that feedback, so steering stays light and precise even in the nastiest terrain.
Waterproof and Dustproof
Fully sealed input and output shafts keep moisture out of the electronics and stop sand and debris from getting inside and wearing the unit over time. The control box and connectors are waterproof too.
Tested to the Extreme
The kit was beaten down in the lab, then buried in mud, punished on rocks and drowned in creeks in the field, without overheating or draining the battery.
Single Battery, Big Power
Most kits this strong need a second battery. This one runs 600 watts on the stock electrical system, which keeps installation simpler and saves space and weight.

Why Big Tires Need Big Power Steering
Every inch of tire adds leverage against the steering. Lifted machines on 35"+ or portal-mounted tires can be exhausting to steer at low speed and violent in the rocks when the wheel kicks back. A stronger motor provides more assist at every speed, so you can steer with one hand and stay in control. It's the upgrade that makes a big build fun to drive again instead of a fight.

Which Machines It Fits
The kit fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo and XP 4 Turbo models without Dynamix. Machines with the factory Dynamix active suspension system are not compatible, so check your model before ordering.
