Giant tires, a big lift and heavy A-arms make a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S look incredible, but all that weight can make it hard to steer. The EZ-STEER Series 6 Power Steering Kit puts you back in control with a 600-watt motor that runs on a single battery. It steers tires 50 inches and up with ease and stops bump steer from tugging at your hands.
Highlights
- 600-watt motor that doesn't need a second battery
- Capable of steering 50"+ tires
- Eliminates steering feedback and bump steer
- Compact control box for easier mounting
- Fully sealed input and output shafts
- Waterproof IP67 control box and connectors
- No soldering required
- 3-year manufacturer warranty
Maximum Assist for Big Builds
This kit is built to make deep mud feel like pavement and rock gardens feel like a driveway. The 600-watt motor has the power to turn very large tires at low speed, where steering effort is highest, while keeping the wheel steady over bumps.
A Single-Battery First
A 600-watt power steering kit that runs on one battery was a first in the industry. It was lab- and field-tested hard, and in testing it never overheated, drained the battery or quit.
Built to Keep Water and Grit Out
Fully sealed shafts keep moisture, sand and mud out of the internals, and the IP67 control box and connectors handle washdowns and water crossings. Everything needed for the install is in the box, with no soldering.
Series 6 or 400 Watt?
If you're running stock-size or mildly larger tires, the 400-watt kit may be all you need. Choose Series 6 for big tires, lifts, portals and heavy builds where you want the most assist available.
Fitment Notes
- Not compatible with machines equipped with Dynamix
Signs You Need More Steering Assist
- The wheel is hard to turn at low speed or when parked, especially after a tire upgrade
- The wheel kicks hard in your hands over rocks, ruts and whoops
- Your arms and shoulders are worn out after a long day of technical trails
- The machine wanders or pulls when one front tire drops into a hole
Heavier tires and wheels add rotating mass and a bigger contact patch, which multiplies the effort needed at the wheel. A 600-watt motor has the reserve to handle that load without running hot, and because it runs on the stock single battery, you don't need to add a second battery, isolator or extra wiring to the build.
What's in the Box
- 600-watt motor and control box
- Wiring harness, steering shaft and mounting brackets
- All hardware and instructions
Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For heavily built Turbo S machines on 32-inch and larger tires, portal lifts or long travel kits. Back it up with a RackBoss 2.0 rack and heavy-duty tie rods from RZR Turbo S steering parts, since more assist puts more force through the rack.
