Some machines you see once and can't stop thinking about. Sidewinder A-Arms give a Polaris RZR XP Turbo that kind of presence, with a tapered, boxed profile that looks custom-fabricated. The performance matches the looks: 1.5 inches of extra ground clearance, a 1.5-inch forward offset for stability, and room for tires up to 34 inches. High-quality UHMW bushings are included at no extra cost.

Looks That Don't Blend In
Most A-arms disappear under the machine. The Sidewinder taper is the opposite: people will wonder if the arms were built just for your RZR. They're show-quality parts that are still meant to be ridden hard.
Clearance and Offset
Nobody wants to smack a nice set of arms on a rock, even ones that can take it. The bend design lifts the arms 1.5 inches higher than stock to help keep them out of trouble. The 1.5-inch forward offset moves the front wheels ahead, which smooths out the ride, steadies the machine on hills and makes room for tires up to 34 inches.
Boxed Strength
The arms are formed from 1/8-inch advanced alloy steel plate and welded into a boxed shape that resists bending on the roughest trails. They've been through many hours of lab and field testing, and the UV-resistant coating keeps them looking sharp year after year. A lifetime warranty from the manufacturer backs them up.
Dial In Your Camber
Adjustable pivot blocks let you fine-tune camber for the best ride. If you add bigger tires, a lift kit or carry extra cargo, adjusting camber prevents premature tire wear. Running stock? The arms ship set to factory settings, so you can install and ride.
Ball Joint Options
Choose ball joints at checkout and they come installed free. Choose "I will do the work myself and reuse existing" and you'll transfer your stock joints.
- Super Duty 300M: 300M grade steel, about 2.25 times stronger than stock, adjustable steel-on-steel design with a reachable grease zerk.
- Heavy-Duty 4340 Chromoly Steel: a strength step up over stock for aggressive trail riding.
- Keller Performance: threaded two-piece joint with no snap ring.
What a Forward Offset Changes
Moving the front wheels forward by 1.5 inches does three things at once. First, it gives the tire more room before it touches the body and frame, which is why a 34-inch tire fits. Second, it lengthens the wheelbase, so the machine pitches less over whoops and feels more planted on steep climbs and descents. Third, combined with the arm's bend, it raises the lowest point of the front suspension, so rocks and logs slide under instead of catching the arms.
The trade-off is a slightly wider turning circle, and you'll want an alignment after installation. The adjustable upper pivot blocks give your alignment shop room to set camber exactly where you want it.
Choosing a Ball Joint
| Riding | Pick |
|---|---|
| Stock-size tires, easy trails, fresh stock joints | Reuse existing |
| 32-34" tires, aggressive trails | Heavy-Duty 4340 |
| Jumps, desert speed, rocks | Super Duty 300M |
| No snap ring, rebuildable | Keller Performance |
Why UHMW Bushings Are a Bonus
Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene bushings are slick and tough, so the arms pivot smoothly and resist wear from water and grit. Getting them included means you don't have to reuse tired factory bushings or buy a separate bushing kit to finish the install.
Long-Term Care
Grease the ball joints after wet rides, check the UHMW bushings and pivot hardware every few outings, and look over the boxed sections after a hard hit. Rinse packed mud out of the mounting points so it doesn't hold moisture against the steel.
Fitment Notes
- If you don't choose pre-installed ball joints, you must reuse your stock ball joints
- Larger tires may need wheel offset changes; check clearance at full steering lock
