Ball joints take a beating on a 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000, especially once you add a lift kit or bigger tires. Keller Ball Joints replace the factory pressed-in, snap-ring style joint with Todd Keller's original threaded design: a beefy chromoly housing that threads into place so it can't be pushed through the arm.
Highlights
- Two-piece threaded design eliminates the snap ring
- 4340 hardened chromoly housing and stud
- Adjustable, rebuildable and greaseable
- Robust boot retaining ring keeps water out
- Installs in stock A-arms
- Choose 1, 2 or a full set of 4
- Made in the USA; lifetime manufacturer warranty
The Original Threaded Ball Joint
Todd Keller set out to build the toughest ball joint possible and ended up creating the first threaded ball joint on the market. Instead of relying on a press fit and snap ring, the housing threads in on one side and presses in on the other, so it stays locked in the arm no matter how hard you land.
Built to Be Serviced
Most ball joints are throwaway parts. Keller joints can be adjusted to take up wear, rebuilt instead of replaced, and greased to keep them moving smoothly. That makes them one of the longest-lasting joints you can put on a RZR.
Keller or Mega Keller?
- Keller (this one): bolts into stock A-arms; ideal for lifted machines and larger tires
- Mega Keller: even thicker studs and housings, but requires modified A-arms; for extreme builds with portals and giant tires
Choose Your Quantity
Buy one to replace a single joint, two to do both uppers or both lowers, or four for the whole front end.
What's in the Box
- Keller ball joint(s), quantity as selected
