A Polaris RZR XP Turbo is quick, but at speed in rough whoops the stock width and travel start to feel twitchy. This 3" Long Travel Kit widens the machine 3" per side (6" overall), adds 3" of front and 2" of rear wheel travel, and raises ground clearance, so the Turbo stays planted when you push it. It's a complete bolt-on package: chromoly tubed front A-arms, threaded ball joints, rear trailing arms, aluminum hex radius arms and tie rods, and four Rhino 2.0 axles cut to the new length.

Why Go Long Travel
Width is stability. Pushing each wheel out 3" lowers the machine's tendency to roll on side hills and in fast corners, and the extra travel lets the suspension soak up hits that would otherwise bottom out the stock setup. The result is a Turbo that tracks straighter through whoops, lands softer off jumps and feels calmer at speed. The arms' dual-bend shape also adds clearance, so you get over more of what used to hang you up.
Chromoly Front A-Arms
The front arms are hand-welded chromoly with tubing 25% larger than stock. Chromoly is a high-strength steel alloy that gives the arms the stiffness to blast whoops and take on steep hills with confidence. Every arm in the kit is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Threaded Ball Joints
Stock ball joints are a weak point once you add width and travel. The threaded ball joints in this kit are 3x stronger than stock thanks to heavy-duty 4340 steel and a stud that doesn't taper down like the factory part. They thread into the arms on M38 threads, with no hydraulic press needed, and are secured with thread locker and a snap ring so they stay put under extreme abuse.
Rhino 2.0 Axles Included
All four axles are Rhino 2.0: hardened 4340 chromoly end to end with maximized CV parts and a 4 mm increase in size. They're twice as strong as stock, run 40-degree-plus angles without overheating, need no break-in, and are field and lab tested for strength and endurance.
Rear Suspension and Steering
At the back, high-strength trailing arms with a 2" rear offset and aluminum hex radius arms carry the wider stance, with a rear aluminum hex sway bar link to match. Extended aluminum hex tie rods with heavy-duty ends keep the steering precise at the new width, and extended brake lines are included so nothing stretches at full droop.

Who It's For and What Pairs Well
For Turbo owners who ride fast desert, dunes or whooped-out trails and want more stability and travel. Long travel works the shocks harder, so consider upgrades in RZR XP Turbo shocks and springs, and keep spare shafts on hand from RZR XP Turbo axles.

Installation Notes
Plan on a full day with basic shop tools. Remove the factory arms, axles, tie rods and front sway bar, install the new front and rear components and axles, and route the extended brake lines. Add 1" spacers up front with stock wheels, set camber with the adjustable pivots and get a professional alignment before riding.
